Job Description

We are seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer - React.js to lead the design and delivery of scalable, high-performance web applications. You will own key initiatives from development to release, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive best practices in Agile environments. Strong expertise in React.js, GraphQL, TypeScript, and modern web development practices is essential, along with hands-on experience in performance optimization, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities:

Own and drive key initiatives supporting the developer workflow from PR to release. Innovate and deliver technical solutions. Collaborate with partner engineering teams for inputs, support, and guidance. Monitor, review, and coach developer performance; conduct regular performance appraisals and provide disciplinary actions. Document technical solutions and articulate them to both business and technical audiences. Present, communicate, and advocate engineering perspectives. Participate in Agile ceremonies and show ownership of work throughout the sprint process.

Requirements:

React.js (with 5+ years of experience). GraphQL (with 3+ years of experience). TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS/SCSS. Strong knowledge of responsive design, performance optimization, and accessibility (WCAG). Testing with Jest and React Testing Library. CI/CD awareness and experience working in Agile teams.
