Qualification & Experience

Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum

8+ years

of experience in developing software products and services.

Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester

or in a similar role. Experience in project management and QA methodology. Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse group of people. Sound understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Detail- and project-oriented with a strong focus on quality and passion for the work. Hands-on experience with

SQL

and

database testing

. Ability to document and troubleshoot errors effectively. Front-end testing experience. Working knowledge of test management and bug tracking tools such as JIRA, qTest, Zephyr, or X-ray Test.

Responsibilities & Authorities

Work on projects from scratch, understanding full QA requirements. Review and analyze system specifications and user stories. Collaborate with QA and development engineers to develop effective testing strategies and plans. Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results. Create logs to document testing phases and defects. Report bugs and errors to development teams. Assist in troubleshooting issues during all phases of the software lifecycle. Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent quality throughout the SDLC. Ensure quality and compliance standards within the team and enforce industry best practices.

Common Responsibilities

Adhere to the company's Information Security and Information Service Management policies, procedures, and standards. Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all information. Attend all mandatory information security training sessions. Report any information security incidents through the company's official incident reporting channel.
