In the technology team, we have more than 450 colleagues working in offices and remotely around the world, building the first global platform to integrate software, payments and Commerce Accelerating Technologies to help business succeed.

You'll join our Engineering team as a Senior Software Engineer with a primary focus on resolving bugs and improving product stability. Our platform leverages .NET, Clean Architecture, JavaScript, CSS, CQRS, and event-driven systems to deliver scalable solutions.
Reporting to the Software Engineering Manager, you'll work on investigating, debugging, and resolving complex issues, while ensuring fixes align with best practices. You'll collaborate closely with QA, L2 Support, and Product teams to strengthen product quality and customer experience.
Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve high and medium priority bugs across front-end and back-end systems.
• Debug and analyze issues using Application Insights and system logs to identify root causes.
• Collaborate with L2 Support to reproduce and understand customer-reported issues, and provide timely updates.
• Deliver clean, testable, and scalable code following Clean Architecture principles.
• Implement fixes in line with CQRS and event-driven design patterns.
• Write and maintain unit tests to ensure stability of fixes.
• Participate in daily scrums and agile ceremonies, collaborating across teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in scalability, maintainability, and performance.

Qualifications
Qualifications

• Strong expertise in .NET 4.8 (C#, ASP.Net, MVC) with a good grasp of Clean Architecture.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and CSS with hands-on debugging experience.
• Understanding of event-driven systems and CQRS pattern.
• Strong experience with Application Insights and log analysis for troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in SQL and SSMS for debugging and fixing data issues.
• Experience writing unit tests.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with support and cross-functional teams.
