Job Title: Senior Progress Developer

Position: Senior Software Engineer

Experience: 4 to 6 Years

Category: Software Development/ Engineering

Shift: Timing/rotation etc. - General shift

Main location: India, Karnataka, Bangalore

Your future duties and responsibilities

Hands on experience in understanding and building Progressive Web Application to target multiple platforms.

Validating the developed functionalities and performing reviews.

Work as part of an agile team contributing to team commitments and success



Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions. Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications. Write effective APIs. Troubleshoot, debug. Write technical documentation. Deploy the application to all required environments.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

Proven experience as a Progress Developer or similar role

Senior progress developer to mainly work on the backend of the ERP which caters to the Manufacturing and Construction Industries.

Development using Progress ABL, Oops in Progress is must, Good to know GIT, JIRA and Visual Studio. Unit Testing and Defect Fixes. Adhere to project process and quality standards.


Development using Oops in Progress ABL. Unit Testing. Follows Agile Practice

Minimum 4-5 years of experience for the position of a Senior Software Engineer.Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, PostGreSQL), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX design
