Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in software development. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and maintain robust and scalable software applications. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices. Participate in system design, code reviews, and technical discussions. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams for timely delivery. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance. Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing. Ensure adherence to security, quality, and performance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in software development. Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages (PHP, Python, React or similar). Experience with frameworks, APIs, databases, and version control systems. Good understanding of SDLC, OOP concepts, and design patterns. Exposure to cloud platforms and modern development tools is a plus. Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
