About the Role:
Grade Level (for internal use): 10
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer with over 8 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java, Spring Boot, Apache Spark, AG Grid, PostgreSQL, and Single Page Frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement scalable applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Work with Apache Spark for big data processing and analytics.
• Develop interactive user interfaces using AG Grid and Single Page Frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Vue.js).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure high-quality performance.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
