Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
7+ years of experience Tech Stack: .Net Core, microservices, Oracle/SQL, React UI is a must
Cloud based software development - OCP, PCF or Azure
Domain experience in Capital Markets / Investment banking
MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
Experience in Python is an added Advantage
Kafka or other event driven software
Junit, Selenium, Blacemeter or other Automation frameworks that support BDD constructs
Job Expectations:
Individual Contributor role in Investment Portfolio technology team in India
Deliver technology solutions leveraging the suite of application in IP-India
Collaborate effectively with all the stakeholders including business teams, technology, QA and support team
Follow EASP process diligently during Production releases
Ensure CI/CD pipeline is enabled across the DCM suite of applications and followed diligently
Coordinate well with the support team to ensure production outages are handled effectively within the stipulated SLAs
Look for opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization of the suite of applications
