About the Role:

Brandsmashers Tech is looking for a

Software Engineer

with strong problem-solving skills, hands-on coding ability, and a passion for building scalable digital solutions. The role involves working on end-to-end software development across multiple domains such as

e-commerce, healthcare, education, and enterprise applications

.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and deploy

high-performance applications

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Designers, QA, Business Analysts) to deliver projects. Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems. Participate in

code reviews

and follow best practices. Work with

databases, APIs, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP)

. Stay updated with emerging technologies and suggest improvements.

Required Skill Set:Technical Skills

Proficiency in

Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript (React/Node.js/Angular/Vue)

. Knowledge of

databases

(MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Oracle). Understanding of

OOPs, Data Structures, and Algorithms

. Familiarity with

RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices

. Hands-on with

Git/GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker/Kubernetes

(preferred). Exposure to

Agile/Scrum methodologies

.

Behavioral Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies. Team player with effective communication skills. Proactive and detail-oriented approach. Ability to handle deadlines and multitasking.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in

Computer Science, IT, or related field

. 1-3 years of software development experience (freshers with strong knowledge may also apply). Prior experience in

enterprise projects, internships, or open-source contributions

is a plus.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
