Job Summary



Seeking a Senior Appian professional with 3 to 5 years of experience in Appian administration and development to design implement and manage enterprisegrade Appian applications







Design develop and implement scalable applications using the Appian BPM platform Manage Appian administration tasks including deployment configuration and performance tuning Develop complex Appian components such as process models SAIL interfaces records reports web APIs and integrations Ensure adherence to Appian best practices coding standards and security guidelines Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including business analysts QA DevOps and client stakeholders Prepare and maintain technical documentation deployment scripts and test cases Troubleshoot and optimize existing Appian applications for performance and scalability Stay updated with the latest Appian versions and features to enhance application capabilities



Roles and Responsibilities



Lead endtoend Appian project lifecycle including requirements gathering architecture design development testing deployment and support Perform Appian platform administration including managing environments user roles and security settings Conduct code reviews and provide technical leadership to junior developers Mentor and guide team members to ensure quality and efficiency in Appian development Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using RESTSOAP APIs and Appian plugins Participate in AgileScrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CICD pipelines for Appian deployments Provide technical support and resolve issues related to Appian applications and infrastructure
