About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Software Engineer to lead the development of advanced ATE solutions for Automotive, RF and wireless communication testing. You will play a key role in Project Management, architecture, design, and mentoring junior engineers.

Responsibilities:

Architect and develop scalable ATE software solutions.

Lead design reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Electrical, Mechanical and Software teams.

Drive innovation in test automation and system integration.

Mentor and guide junior engineers in technical and career growth.

Interface with customers to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related field.

6+ years of experience in ATE software development, preferably in test automation.

Expertise in C/C++, Python, NI - LabVIEW, TestStand & Veristand.

Strong understanding of Automotive & Industrial communication protocols.

Experience in leading complete projects and mentoring teams.

Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Nice to Have:

Experience with NI & Third party-based instrumentation.

Exposure to Automotive & Industrial communication standards (e.g., CAN, Automotive Ethernet, LIN, RS232/485, ADB, GPIB, BT, Wi-Fi).

Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
