Job Description

Position: Senior Software Engineer (Golang)

Experience Required:

Minimum 3 years in software development, with at least 2 years using Golang

Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in

Golang (Go)

and its standard libraries Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and concurrency patterns in Go (e.g., goroutines, channels) Experience building scalable, high-performance backend services and APIs using Go Familiarity with microservices architecture and distributed systems Experience with RESTful APIs and/or gRPC Hands-on experience with Git and CI/CD tools Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis)

DevOps & Cloud (preferred):

Exposure to cloud environments like AWS, GCP, or Azure Experience with Docker and Kubernetes Understanding of monitoring, logging, and tracing tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry)

Project & Team Experience:

Proven track record of delivering production-level code and managing deployments Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative workflows (e.g., code reviews, sprints) Experience mentoring junior engineers or taking technical ownership of features/modules
