About the Role




We are looking for a

Senior Software Engineer

with

4+ years

of experience, to join our Servicing Engineering team and help build a

next-generation, AI-powered servicing platform

.


This role focuses on designing and building

intelligent, scalable servicing systems

- including AI assistants, agentic workflows, and platform APIs - while also improving

observability, reliability, and performance

across core backend services.


This is a

hands-on role

for engineers who enjoy combining

strong backend engineering

with

AI-driven innovation

and modern platform practices.

What You'll Work On



Core Backend Engineering



Design and build backend services using

Java and Spring Boot

Develop secure, scalable APIs for servicing workflows and integrations Contribute to frontend experiences using

React or modern JavaScript frameworks

(preferred, not mandatory) Own features end-to-end, including design, development, testing, deployment, and production readiness

AI-Powered Servicing Platform



Build

AI-driven servicing capabilities

, including: + AI assistants and chat-based self-service experiences + Agentic AI workflows that execute multi-step actions safely and reliably
Design and develop

platform APIs

that expose servicing capabilities to: + Web and mobile experiences + Internal tools
+ Partner and external AI agents
Rapidly prototype ideas and validate them through

POCs and experiments

, taking successful concepts into production

Observability & Reliability



Instrument services using

New Relic, Splunk, and OpenTelemetry

Improve

end-to-end transaction visibility

across distributed systems Collaborate with platform and reliability teams to improve: + Telemetry consistency + Incident detection and diagnosis
+ Performance, scalability, and uptime

What We're Looking For



Required



Strong experience with

Java and Spring Boot

Experience building and operating

production-grade backend systems

AI-first mindset

, with hands-on use of tools like

GitHub Copilot

or similar Practical exposure to building or experimenting with: + AI chatbots or assistants + Agentic AI or AI-driven workflows
Experience with

observability and telemetry

, including: + New Relic (APM, metrics, tracing) + Splunk (logs and analysis)
Ability to prototype quickly, learn fast, and iterate confidently

Nice to Have



Frontend experience with

React

or other modern JavaScript frameworks Exposure to

AWS cloud services

, especially those related to AI or scalable backend systems Familiarity with platform engineering concepts such as: + Feature flags and canary deployments + API versioning and governance
+ High-availability and scalable architectures
