Role Overview

As a Senior Developer, you will be a key contributor in designing, developing, and delivering advanced web applications. You will work on backend & frontend technologies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive technical excellence and ensure high-quality software delivery.

BE/B. Tech in Computer Science or equivalent

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using backend & frontend technologies. Build and optimize robust APIs and backend services. Collaborate closely with Product Managers, and other developers to translate requirements into technical solutions. Recommend and implement improvements to enhance code quality, performance, and maintainability. Mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative and learning-focused team environment. Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in back-end and infrastructure development using Java Strong understanding of architectural patterns, including microservices Hands-on experience managing infrastructure in GCP or any other equivalent platform. Experience with Kubernetes (K8s) Familiarity with tools and technologies such as:

o Elasticsearch, ClickHouse, MongoDB


o Kafka or other messaging platform,


o Redis / Ignite or other caching servers


o Monitoring and observability solutions

Experience working in Agile development environments Strong problem-solving ability and a "Can-do approach" Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Must-Have Skills

Development experience in Java & Spring Boot. API design and development expertise. Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB preferred). Strong collaborative and communication skills. Knowledge of microservice-based architectures.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with frontend technologies like React. Experience in messaging frameworks - Kafka/RabbitMQ. Experience in container and orchestration frameworks - Docker/Kubernetes. Experience in cloud environment - AWS, GCP or Azure. Experience in caching technologies - Redis/Ignite.
