4+ years

of professional software development experience. Strong experience with

. Solid understanding of

software architecture

. Comfortable working in a

fast-paced, agile startup

environment. Self-driven, proactive, and eager to take ownership of projects. Lead and mentor a small team of 2-3 developers -- conduct code reviews, guide architecture decisions, and ensure best practices. Collaborate with designers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical deliverables. Participate in customer discussions and

travel across India

to support solution rollouts, gather feedback, and troubleshoot on-site issues. Take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, from architecture to deployment.
