Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with industry standards and best practices related to IBMi (AS400) development.Qualifications
