As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be a key contributor to our engineering team, driving the design, development, and delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions. You'll tackle tough technical challenges and mentor other engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.


Responsibilities

Design and Development:

Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of robust, scalable, and secure full-stack applications and services. You'll write clean, high-quality, and maintainable code, primarily in languages like Java, Go, or Python, and front-end frameworks like React or Angular.

Technical Leadership:

Drive technical decision-making and architecture for complex features. You'll champion best practices in areas like code quality, testing, and CI/CD, ensuring our systems are built for scale and reliability.

Collaboration:

Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers in a fast-paced, agile environment to translate customer needs into elegant technical solutions.

Mentorship:

Mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and support to help them grow their skills and careers.

Operational Excellence:

Take ownership of the services you build, participating in the full software lifecycle, including on-call rotations, to ensure our products are always available and performant for our customers.

Qualifications

Experience:

5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a proven track record of shipping high-quality products.

Programming Proficiency:

Strong proficiency in at least one object-oriented language like

Java

(preferred), Go, C++, or Python.

Computer Science Fundamentals:

A solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and complexity analysis. You should be able to analyze a problem and determine the most efficient solution, often involving trade-offs between time complexity O(nlogn) and space complexity O(n).

System Design:

Experience designing and building scalable, distributed systems. *

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
