Senior Software Engineer (Java/J2EE/Angular JS) - SDC India

We are seeking a

Senior Software Engineer

with expertise in

Java/J2EE, Angular JS, Microservices, and cloud platforms

to design, develop, and maintain enterprise IT applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and maintain IT systems and applications using

Java/J2EE, Angular JS, Spring Boot, and Microservice architectures

. Implement integration solutions and ensure seamless connectivity with internal and 3rd party systems. Analyze enhancement requests, develop corresponding system changes, and maintain technical documentation. Participate in SDLC activities, including SIT, load testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers. Collaborate with onsite, product, and offshore teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. Apply best practices for secure coding, layered architectures, messaging, APIs, and enterprise integration. Stay updated on emerging technologies, standards, and tools to improve system design and development.

Required Skills & Experience:

4-5 years in

Java/J2EE web applications

and UI frameworks with

Angular JS

. Hands-on experience with

Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA

, WebLogic, JBoss, Tomcat. Experience with

message queues (Kafka, ActiveMQ, Event Hubs)

, REST/SOAP web services, JSON/XML. Familiarity with

Microservice architecture, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), Docker, and DevOps pipelines

. Strong understanding of

SOLID design principles, secure coding, and system architecture

. Leverage AI-assisted development tools, including GitHub Copilot, to accelerate coding, code reviews, and testing. Advantageous: experience with enterprise web applications in

Trade Facilitation domain

.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
