Responsibilities
:
Team Leadership and Management:
Lead and mentor a team of software developers, providing guidance, support, and feedback.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and
continuous improvement.
Conduct regular 1:1 meeting, performance reviews, and career development discussions with
team members.
IdenTIfy training needs and facilitate opportuniTIes for professional growth within the team.
Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
Technical Leadership and Guidance:
Provide technical leadership and direcTIon to the development team, ensuring adherence to
architectural standards and best pracTIces.
ParTIcipate in the design and architecture of soFTware soluTIons.
Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effecTIve soluTIons.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, and evaluate their potenTIal applicaTIon
within the company.
Project Planning and ExecuTIon:
Collaborate with product owners, project managers, and other stakeholders to define project
scope, TImelines, and deliverables.
Break down complex tasks into manageable units and assign them to team members.
Monitor project progress, idenTIfy potenTIal risks and roadblocks, and implement miTIgaTIon
strategies.
Ensure TImely and high-quality delivery of soFTware releases.
ParTIcipate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospecTIves.
Communication and Collaboration:
Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product management, QA, and
DevOps.
Facilitate clear and concise communicaTIon within the development team.
Act as a point of contact for technical queries and decisions related to the team's work.
Process Improvement:
Contribute to the conTInuous improvement of soFTware development processes and pracTIces.
IdenTIfy areas for opTImizaTIon and implement soluTIons to enhance team efficiency and
producTIvity.
Promote the adopTIon of agile methodologies and best pracTIces.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
4-5 years of professional experience in soFTware development.
Proven experience leading and managing a team of software developers.
Strong understanding of soFTware development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
Experience working on REST API/GraphQL API.
Experience in handling databases like MySQL/PostgresQL/Mongodb.
Solid understanding of soFTware architecture principles and design pa?erns.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Excellent problem-solving, analyTIcal, and debugging skills.
Strong communicaTIon, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to work effecTIvely in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Node js and frameworks based on node js like express js or relevant REST API
frameworks on Node js.
Experience with cloud pla?orms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
