We are looking for Senior Software Engineer to work on groundbreaking multichannel SaaS Digital Marketing Platform that focuses on uniquely identify the customer's patterns, effectively interact with them across channels and achieve a positive return on marketing investment (ROMI). The platform helps consolidate and integrates the features and functionality typically found in stand-alone services and channel-specific messaging platforms to give marketers a tightly integrated, easily orchestrated, insights-driven, cross channel marketing capability.
Primary role of the Senior Software Engineer is to envision and build internet scale services on Cloud using Python and distributed technologies.
Responsible for development and maintenance of applications with technologies involving Enterprise Python and Distributed technologies.
Collaborate with developers, product manager, business analysts and business users in conceptualizing, estimating and developing new software applications and enhancements.
Assist in the development, and documentation of software's objectives, deliverables, and specifications in collaboration with internal users and departments.
Collaborate with QA team to define test cases, metrics, and resolve questions about test results.
Assist in the design and implementation process for new products, research and create POC for possible solutions.
Develop components based on business and/or application requirements
Create unit tests in accordance with team policies & procedures

Tech Stack:

Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced DevOps / Cloud Infrastructure Engineer with strong expertise in Linux administration, AWS cloud services, Kubernetes orchestration, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible, scripting with Shell and Python, and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, building, automating, and maintaining scalable and reliable infrastructure to support mission-critical systems.
Linux System Administration:
Manage, configure, and monitor production-grade Linux servers ensuring high availability, performance tuning, and security hardening.
Cloud Infrastructure (AWS):
Design and manage cloud-based infrastructure using core AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, ALB/NLB, CloudWatch, and Lambda.
Kubernetes Operations:
Deploy, scale, and manage containerized applications in Kubernetes clusters (EKS or self-managed), including Helm, networking policies, RBAC, and monitoring.
Infrastructure as Code:
Implement and manage infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible, enabling version-controlled, repeatable, and automated deployments.
Automation & Scripting:
Write robust shell scripts and Python programs to automate manual tasks, manage configurations, and integrate third-party services and APIs.
Security & Compliance:
Implement security best practices including IAM policies, secrets management (e.g., AWS Secrets Manager, Vault), and vulnerability scanning.
Networking and DNS:
Configure VPCs, subnets, route tables, NAT gateways, and DNS management for both cloud-native and on-prem environments.
Collaboration & Support:
Work closely with development, QA, and security teams to troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and support software releases.
Documentation & SOPs:
Create and maintain detailed documentation including runbooks, architecture diagrams, and SOPs for infrastructure and deployment procedures.
Incident Management:
Participate in on-call rotation, manage escalations, and drive root cause analysis to improve system resilience.
Cloud Cost Optimization:
Monitor usage and recommend strategies for cost-effective cloud consumption without sacrificing performance or security.
Continuous Improvement:
Evaluate new tools and technologies, driving innovation and process improvements in DevOps, SRE, and cloud engineering practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science
Strong experience with Linux (RHEL) system administration and performance tuning.
6+ years of hands-on experience with RHEL
3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-native services.
Proficient in containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
Deep knowledge of Terraform and Ansible for IaC and configuration management.
Strong scripting skills in Shell (bash) and Python.
Experience managing CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
Familiarity with security principles, network protocols, and system hardening.
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
