Job Description

As a Software Developer at NIQ, you will design and build scalable, high-performance applications that power our enterprise solutions. You'll work in a dynamic environment that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities

• Design & Develop robust, reusable software components for enterprise-scale applications.
• Implement Microservices using Java or Scala to support distributed systems architecture.
• Database & Search Integration with MongoDB and Elasticsearch for e icient data handling.
• Cloud Deployment & Containerization leveraging Kubernetes and Docker for scalable solutions.
• CI/CD Automation through GitHub to ensure smooth delivery pipelines.
• Optimize Performance for reliability, scalability, and high availability in cloud environments.
• Collaborate in Agile Teams by participating in Scrum ceremonies and driving innovation across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience: While prior experience (ideally 6+ years in software development, distributed systems, and cloud environments) is a plus, it is not mandatory. We also welcome ambitious individuals who are eager to learn and grow-our team will provide training and mentorship to help you succeed in this role.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Java/C#, microservices architecture, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD tools (Github).
• Problem-Solving: Ability to optimize performance and ensure system reliability.
• Agile Mindset: Familiarity with Scrum and collaborative development practices.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Bonus: Knowledge of performance tuning and security best practices.
