We are seeking a talented and experienced

Senior Software Engineer

specializing in

Responsibilities

Develop solutions in alignment with enterprise technology principles, methods, and best practices Design accurate estimations, technical solutions, and detailed specifications for applications Deliver technical outputs such as well-optimized code, test cases, and appropriate documentation Drive adherence to and maintenance of technical standards and practices, incorporating industry best practices Manage and resolve complex integration challenges between cloud, on-premises, and legacy systems Ensure seamless implementation and deployment of Generative AI solutions within the software development lifecycle Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and deliver optimal solutions Optimize application performance and maintain scalability and reliability Mentor junior developers to ensure continuous improvement and skill development

Requirements

5-8 years of experience in IT, focusing on software development 4+ years of experience in Java development Strong coding skills and expertise in Java, Spring, and Spring Boot Proficiency in utilizing Generative AI tools such as those used for SDLC or in the development process Familiarity with REST API design principles and development Strong communication abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams Capability to handle advanced enterprise integration scenarios English language proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher

Understanding of performance tuning and optimization strategies in Java-based applications
