Job Description

We are looking for a

Senior Software Engineer

with strong hands-on experience in

Java and Python

to design, develop, and optimize scalable backend services and APIs. The role requires ownership of modules, cloud exposure, and mentoring of junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs Contribute to application and component design (LLD) Write clean, high-quality, and well-tested code Perform code reviews, debugging, and defect RCA Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability Deploy and manage services on cloud platforms Mentor junior engineers and support technical decisions Estimate effort, manage module-level tasks, and support releases
Required Skills

4-8 years of backend development experience Strong proficiency in

Java and Python

Experience with

microservices, APIs, and databases

Hands-on experience with

cloud platforms

Good understanding of Agile practices
Nice to Have

Spring Boot, Flask, or FastAPI Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD Kafka or large-scale data processing tools
