Responsibilities & Qualifications Position Summary The Senior Software Engineer position is responsible for providing excellent client services and customer satisfaction and should enjoys the pace and variety of manging multiple priorities. Ensuring that services are delivered on time and meet quality standards with attention to details. Managing client relationships, including responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving complaints with excellent written and oral communications. Should love to solve puzzles and possess strong organizational skills and responsible for coding according to prescribed standards and guidelines set forth by the architects and leadership teams and must demonstrate quality, brevity and timeliness in all deliverables. Shift timing would be 1 to 10 pm IST with a late night coverage of 1 day per week. Late night coverage details - 2.30 pm to 11.30 pm IST during standard time 3.30 pm to 12.30 am IST during day light saving. A Day in the Life Develop application code according to requirements and assigned tasks Contribute to lifecycle Flow and value streams by following prescribed methodologies and best practices Maintain balance of business and technical acumen in decision making Follow source-code management and work item tracking best practices Contribute to the estimation process during planning exercises Provide consultation to development management team Competencies : Must demonstrate good decision making and effective business acumen Must maintain confidentiality of work-related information and materials Must have a growth mindset and subscribe to a continuous learning philosophy Demonstrate expertise and mastery in your area of technology and industry Must establish and maintain effective working relationships Must have strong written and oral communication skills We would love to chat if you have... 6+ years professional experience performing software development Expert knowledge with respect to the following: . Core Java . Database (MySQL) . Spring Framework . Spring Boot .
