NiCE is looking for an enthusiastic Software Engineer to join our dynamic and growing R&D team located in Pune.

Responsibilities:

Strategic:

Defining, designing and implementing enterprise grade solutions to serve our costumer's requirements and future needs in the area of performance testing Innovating and leading best practices and new technology and tooling adoption to increase productivity and efficiency of our customers

Tactical:

Design and develop performance testing infrastructure of large scale Server-Client environment enterprise applications including the introduction of new technologies and tools Working with the R&D & product management leads to identify innovation and improved efficiency/value opportunities to drive improvements into the performance infrastructure Deliver high quality, sustainable and maintainable code Contribute and lead design of features, conduct design review and own the process from start to finish Work in an empowered, self-managed, collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment that fosters ownership, creativity and innovation

Qualifications

BE./B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent 3+ years of proven experience in Software Engineering Development experience in Java (preferred) or Python Proven knowledge of one or more cloud providers and their services, preferably AWS Good problem-solving abilities High level verbal and written English skills PaaS/SaaS performance testing and engineering experience - advantage
