Handle system requirements and design/development/validation of niche functions and features of powertrain domain: . Futuristic technology (Fuel Cell, VCU and E/E Architecture) . Electrification Topics . Connectivity Topics . ECU Safety Monitoring . Torque Structure and Energy management (BRS) . Base SW (SW layer near HW) . Communication Stack for ECU diagnosis and re-programming . In-Vehicle Communication Network (Ethernet, CANFD, Flex Ray, etc.) . Vehicle functions (Start Control, Advanced Cruise Control, Stop & Go ) . Engine Control Functions (Complex drivers, Exhaust treatment, Air System) Qualifications . 2 to 6years of experience in embedded SW development . Experience in SW development with AUTOSAR configuration . Experience in networking protocol like LIN, CAN, Ethernet, SOME/IP, Flex Ray is added advantage . Exposure to Electrification and VCU topics are added advantage . Exposure to Functional Safety, ISO26262 and L2 SW development is added advantage . Embedded Design and development experience - Micro controllers, ASICs, Operating system . Ability to understand and take decision on technical proposals, stakeholder management, risk management . Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills . Experience in using Change management and version management tools (DOORS, RQONE, SDOM etc.) . Products and business overview to enable full responsibility projects management . Experience in complete development cycle (Requirement, Design, Development, integration and Validation) . Ability to work as part of team and collaborate well with global teams
