Software Engineer analyzes, designs, programs, debugs and modifies software enhancements and/or new products used in local, networked, cloud-based or Internet-related computer programs. Code may be used in commercial or end-user applications. Using current programming language and technologies, writes code, completes programming and performs testing and debugging of applications. Completes documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance. May interact with users to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications.
Position: Full Stack Developer - Enterprise Internal Tools
Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our Enterprise Internal Tools team. This team is responsible for building and maintaining internal tools that support critical functions.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in .NET, ReactJS, API development, and PostgreSQL, with additional experience in Java and PySpark ETL scripting being a significant advantage. Familiarity with healthcare systems (claims, adjudication, eligibility) is preferred. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role within an Agile/Safe Agile environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain enterprise internal tools and applications.
Work on Epro (.NET-based) platform and contribute to migration projects.
Develop and integrate APIs for internal systems and third-party services.
Build responsive UI components using ReactJS for web applications.
Implement backend services using .NET and PostgreSQL.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Safe Agile environment.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
Optimize applications for scalability and performance.
Contribute to ETL scripting using PySpark for data processing workflows.
Ensure compliance with security and healthcare standards where applicable.
Required Skills.NET (Core and Framework) - Strong proficiency.
AWS - Hands-on experience with cloud-based development and deployment.
ReactJS - Expertise in building modern UI components.
PostgreSQL - Strong understanding of database design and queries.
Full Stack Development - Ability to work across front-end and back-end.
API Development - RESTful services and integrations.
Agile/Safe Agile - Mandatory experience in agile methodologies.
