Our team develops and maintains cutting-edge security solutions for Akamai's enterprise customers. We collaborate with Dev, QA, DevOps, product, support, and sales engineering to deliver secure products. Our goal is to help business to deliver secure products, enhance security features, and protect our customers.

Shape internet security

As a Full-Stack Engineer, you will develop, maintain, and architect our cloud services and web applications. Focus on FedRAMP standards, network security projects, and collaborate in a dynamic, rewarding learning environment.


As a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer, you will be responsible for:


Developing new products and enhancing our Zero Trust solution with new capabilities and new types of deployment Designing, developing, maintaining, releasing, and operating backend services in Python/GoLang/Java and frontend applications with Angular, HTML &CSS Reviewing and maintaining technical documents related to requirements, design, and architecture Taking full ownership of your areas of work from design to deployment including CI/CD pipelines Participating in technical meetings and bringing innovation into every solution shipped Tackling and successfully resolving complex problems proactively

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:


Have 5+ years of experience and a degree in Computer Science or a related field Have experience with UI technologies e.g. Angular with Typescript, HTML5, CSS3 and familiar with general responsiveness concepts Have experience in writing backend applications using Python/GoLang/Java Have a good understanding of microservices architecture and have work experience with RESTful APIs Be familiar with relational and/or non-relational databases, caching mechanisms, and service communication Demonstrate understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker and Kubernetes and their applications in a microservices architecture
