Primary Responsibilities:




Design and implement scalable solutions that integrate Generative AI capabilities (e.g., LLMs, RAG, embeddings/vector databases, MCP) into enterprise applications and cloud-native architectures Leverage AI-powered software development lifecycle (SDLC) tools such as GitHub Copilot to generate unit tests, integration tests, user stories, and accelerate code development Build rapid prototypes and proof-of-concepts using cutting-edge tools and techniques such as vibe coding, agentic frameworks, and prompt engineering Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and DevOps teams to ensure secure, performant, and maintainable implementations aligned with enterprise cloud and AI strategies Contribute to the development, deployment, and monitoring of microservices using CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Projects, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools Participate in defining technical standards, reusable components, and best practices for integrating GenAI into modern cloud applications Utilize telemetry and monitoring tools to gather performance insights, diagnose issues, and continuously optimize AI-powered services Stay current with advancements in generative AI and contribute to internal knowledge sharing, demos, and pilot initiatives Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:




Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience Practical experience using GitHub features-such as Projects, Actions, workflows, and repository management-for code collaboration, automation, and workflow orchestration Experience in containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes to build, deploy, and scale cloud-based applications Apply solid hands-on experience in Java, Python, and modern frameworks to build robust, AI-enhanced solutions and improve developer productivity Working knowledge of telemetry and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Datadog) for monitoring application performance and debugging distributed systems Familiarity with AI-powered SDLC tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) for generating code, test cases, and documentation to accelerate development cycles Understanding of Agile software development practices and the ability to collaborate effectively with product and engineering teams to deliver high-impact AI features Solid understanding of public cloud architecture (Azure, AWS, or GCP), microservices design, and hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or similar frameworks Proficiency in Python and/or Java for developing scalable applications and automating workflows within CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native environments Proven solid problem-solving skills with a focus on building reliable, secure, and maintainable solutions leveraging modern AI and cloud technologies Proven hands-on exposure to Generative AI technologies, including working with large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS), and agentic frameworks
