Job Responsibilities:

• Empower Teams at Scale: Partner with application teams across the US and MTA offices to unblock challenges and teach best practices with our modern toolchain
• Pioneer AI-Driven DevOps: Lead the charge in incorporating agentic AI to automate routine tasks and create intelligent workflows that multiply our impact
• Drive Migration Success: Guide teams through their journey to our new platform, ensuring smooth transitions to containerized architectures
• Maintain Excellence: Keep our AWS and AliCloud infrastructure humming, ensuring the applications that power guest experiences and hotel operations run flawlessly 24/7
• Collaborate Without Borders: Work closely with distributed teams, fostering a culture where knowledge sharing and mutual support are the normno lone wolves here!

• 6+ years of experience in DevOps / SRE roles
• Strong experience with AWS, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines
• Proficiency in Python and Bash/Shell scripting
• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with Harness.io platform
• Cloud Platforms: AWS (primary), AliCloud
• CI/CD & DevOps: Harness.io (industry-leading implementation), GitHub
• Quality & Security: SonarQube, JFrog Artifactory, JFrog Xray
• Architecture: Fully containerized applications, microservices

• Knowledge of AI/ML integration in DevOps workflows
• Golang experience
• Experience with Liquibase for database change management
• Experience in hospitality or travel industry

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent experience / certification
