Primary Responsibilities:

CI/CD Pipeline Management:Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Git Actions, etc. Ensure seamless integration and deployment processes Cloud Infrastructure Management:Deploy, manage, and monitor cloud infrastructure on platforms like Azure, AWS, and GCP Implement best practices for cloud security and operations Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Utilize tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform to automate infrastructure provisioning and management Maintain and improve IaC scripts for consistency and reliability Automation: Identify manual processes and develop automated solutions to improve efficiency and reliability Implement automation scripts and tools to streamline operations Database Management: Programmatically interact with relational databases (e.g., MySQL) and NoSQL databases Ensure database performance, security, and availability Solution Architecture: Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure solutions within complex enterprise ecosystems Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business requirements and security standards Team Management: Oversee the work of DevOps engineers, providing guidance and support Foster a collaborative and productive team environment Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience 6+ years of hands on experience on commercial cloud platforms like Azure, GCP; Azure - native cloud solution design 6+ years of experience in the field of DevOps Engineer - continuous Deployment / integration experience Database Interaction: Experience with programmatic interaction with relational databases (e.g., MySQL) and NoSQL databases Experience in automating infrastructure provisioning and management CI/CD Experience: Proficiency in creating and managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git Actions, etc. Solution Architecture: Experience in designing solutions within complex enterprise-oriented ecosystems Experience in integrating AI into DevOps processes for optimization and predictive analytics AI Skills: Knowledge of AI and machine learning tools and techniques IaC Tools:Sound knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform Cloud Solutions: Proven expertise in native cloud solution design for Azure, AWS, and GCP Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure deployment, security, and operations Understanding of security and availability requirements Proficiency in scripting and automation tools Proven ability to manage database performance and security Automation Skills: Proven ability to identify manual processes and deliver reliable automated solutions Team Management: Proven solid leadership and team management skills Proven ability to mentor and guide DevOps engineers Proven effective communication and collaboration abilities Proven solid problem-solving skills Proven excellent communication and collaboration abilities Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Cloud infrastructure - understanding best practices regarding cloud infrastructure deployment, security and operations; Solution architecture - especially in complex enterprise-oriented ecosystems in which security and availability are critical
