Primary Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications Develop AI algorithms tailored to current and new applications Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and frameworks Explore new tools and methodologies to improve AI capabilities Contribute to the strategic direction of AI initiatives within the organization Build efficient, reusable, and reliable Java components Ensure high performance, scalability, and responsiveness of applications Conduct software analysis, testing, and debugging Mentor junior developers and review their code Provide technical guidance and share best practices Lead development efforts and contribute to architectural decisions

Required Qualifications:

Java (8+): Deep expertise in Java, including newer versions like Java 17+. Understanding of supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning techniques. Knowledge of AI model deployment tools and practices (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, GitHub copilot) Spring Boot / Spring Framework: Essential for building scalable microservices Microservices Architecture: Experience designing and deploying distributed systems RESTful APIs: solid understanding of API design and integration Problem-Solving & Analytical Thinking Solid Communication Skills Mentorship: Ability to coach and support junior engineers
