Job Description

Lead the design, development, and implementation of software solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and specifications. Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices. Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, and evaluate their potential impact on the organization. Facilitate technical discussions and decision-making processes within the team. Assist in the estimation of project timelines and resource requirements. Ensure that development processes are followed, including Agile methodologies, version control, and CI/CD practices. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise during development and production.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Dot Net Core , MVC etc Proven experience in a technical leadership role, with a track record of successfully delivering software projects. Experience with software architecture and design patterns. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Pay: ₹562,032.61 - ₹1,693,792.16 per year
