We are looking for a

Senior Software Engineer - Fullstack

to build, evolve, and scale modern web applications used by high-impact teams and customers. This role sits at the intersection of backend services and rich frontend experiences, with a strong emphasis on performance, maintainability, and clean system design.
You will work across the stack--owning features end to end--while contributing to technical direction, code quality, and engineering best practices.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Feature Ownership:

Design, develop, and ship full-stack features using modern backend services and responsive frontend interfaces.

Frontend Excellence:

Build intuitive, high-performance user interfaces with React and TypeScript, focusing on usability and scalability.

Backend Engineering:

Design and implement robust, well-structured APIs and services using Node.js frameworks, ensuring reliability and performance.

System Design & Reusability:

Create modular, reusable components and shared libraries that support long-term product growth.

Performance Optimization:

Identify bottlenecks and apply best practices to improve application speed, responsiveness, and scalability.

API Design & Integration:

Develop and consume RESTful APIs, ensuring clean contracts and well-documented interfaces.

Data Layer Management:

Work with both relational and non-relational databases to design efficient data models and queries.

Engineering Collaboration:

Partner closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.

Quality & Delivery:

Follow strong engineering practices including testing, code reviews, CI/CD workflows, and version control.

What We're Looking For
4+ years of professional experience building production-grade web applications.
Strong expertise in

React

,

TypeScript

, and modern frontend patterns.
Solid backend experience with

Node.js

and service-oriented architectures.
Proven experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
Working knowledge of

PostgreSQL

and

MongoDB

or similar databases.
Strong understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+) and frontend performance best practices.
Experience with UI frameworks such as

Material UI

and

Tailwind CSS

.
Familiarity with build tools, version control, and deployment pipelines (Git, Webpack, CI/CD).
Exposure to API documentation and tooling is a plus.
