We are seeking a talented Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join a dynamic team focused on building scalable, high-performance web applications and data-driven solutions. In this role, you will design and implement both front-end and back-end components, translating complex technical requirements into reliable, maintainable, and testable software. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, guide junior developers, and participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality software delivery. Accountabilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and features across the full stack.
• Analyze business and functional specifications, translating them into technical solutions.
• Implement software solutions that are maintainable, reliable, scalable, and performant.
• Participate in code and design reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
• Mentor and guide junior developers on software development procedures and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues as they arise.
• Provide on-call support during critical business scenarios and complete additional tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in full stack web application development.
• Strong proficiency in Python and ReactJS; hands-on experience with Django or similar frameworks.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web technologies.
• Experience working with relational databases such as SQL or Postgres.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools is a plus (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex technical problems.
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams and mentoring junior developers.
• Ability to work from an office location as required, with flexible work-from-home arrangements depending on responsibilities.
