About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer.

In this role, you will:

Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments Contribute to large scale planning of strategies Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Hands-on experience in full stack Software Enterprise Application component design and development. Experience in designing/developing Banking applications is desirable. Expertise in designing and developing enterprise applications using Technology stack like Java8 and above, web services, SOAP/REST, Spring Boot, Design patterns, ReactJS/Angular JS, Java Scripts/CSS/HTML5/JQuery, Microservices Architecture Patterns, Hibernate, Databases(RDBMS/NOSQL), Event Driven Architecture - Kafka and Devops tools. Experience in transforming Monolith/legacy applications to Microservice Architecture. Experience with latest unit testing tools including Octane Experience with best-in-class version control tools like GitHub Ability to assess issues, make quick decisions, implement solutions, and influence change Resilience to obstacles, and ability to solve problems independently. Ability to assess issues, make quick decisions, implement solutions, and influence change Well versed in DevOps concepts Experience with working with globally distributed teams in working in Agile scrums 4+ years of Software Engineering experience as a JAVA full stack developer (Spring, Spring Boot, Oracle, and UI) Experience with GenAI tools - Co Pilot 4+ years of Java J2EE development experience. Distributed technologies: Kafka, MongoDb Excellent working experience and deeper knowledge in Spring Framework and API's. 4+ years of JAX-WS, Axis, SOAP, REST web services development experience 4 + Years of experience in Front End, UI, SPA application development using Angular, ReactJS 2+ Years of Microservices Development Experience 4+ years of Oracle DB and SQL experience 2+ Years of NoSQL Experience
