About the Role:

We are seeking a talented

Full Stack Developer

with a minimum of

3 years of hands-on experience

in full-stack software development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of scalable web applications--transforming business requirements into high-quality, efficient, and secure technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance software applications. Translate business and functional requirements into effective technical architectures and solutions. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams--Product, Design, QA, and Operations--to deliver seamless user experiences. Conduct peer code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices. Manage version control systems and CI/CD pipelines for efficient and reliable deployments. Proactively identify, debug, and resolve software issues and performance bottlenecks. Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for long-term product scalability and maintainability. Manage hosting environments, server configurations, and live project deployments. Work across frontend and backend development, including UI wireframes and user flow optimization.

Technical Skills & Experience:

Minimum

3 years of professional experience

in

full stack software development

. Proficiency in

Node.js, React, PHP (Laravel), MySQL, MongoDB, and Python

. Strong understanding of

modern frameworks

, RESTful APIs, and microservice architecture. Hands-on experience with

frontend and backend development

. Experience managing

hosting servers

and working on live production environments. Familiarity with

Git

or other version control systems. Understanding of

web security principles

,

performance optimization

, and scalable architecture. Experience with

cloud-based environments

and deployment tools is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
