We are looking for a highly skilled and versatile

Full Stack Developer

to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications across both front-end and back-end technologies. You will contribute to the full software development lifecycle--from requirements gathering to deployment--while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative IT solutions for Condeco's business clients. This role also includes mentoring team members, participating in hackathons, and driving performance optimization across applications.

Responsibilities

Participate in requirements review and translate business needs into technical solutions. Design and architect key modules across the full stack. Deliver high-quality, scalable code using .NET technologies and modern JavaScript frameworks. Develop and maintain multi-tier applications using ASP.NET, C#, MVC, SQL Server, and Web API. Build responsive and dynamic web components using

Angular or React

. Test, deploy, and maintain applications and systems across the stack. Refactor, revise, and debug code to improve performance and reliability. Continuously enhance software through industry-standard refactoring practices. Develop and maintain documentation throughout the software development lifecycle. Monitor live site performance and optimize application responsiveness. Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing. Participate in engineering hackathons to drive innovation and experimentation.

About You

Minimum

6 years

of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with strong back-end and front-end development skills. At least

2 years

of hands-on experience with

Angular or React

. Strong expertise in

ASP.NET

,

SQL Server

, and architectural patterns like

MVC

. Proficient in

C#

,

Web APIs

, and modern front-end frameworks. Experience with

DevOps

practices, including

Continuous Delivery

and

CI/CD pipelines

. Minimum

1 year

of experience working with

Azure

cloud services. Solid understanding of

Agile methodologies

and collaborative development practices. Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
