We are seeking for a sharp Full-Stack Ruby on Rails Developer who is a passionate coder, thrives on solving challenges and excited to create dynamic web applications.



Desired Candidate Profile



5-8 years of experience with Ruby on Rails and web development

Solid knowledge of Data modeling using PostgreSQL or MySQL, including query optimization and database performance tuning

Familiarity with background job processing frameworks like Sidekiq, Delayed Job

Familiarity with front-end tools like React.js or Angular or Vue.js

Proficiency in test-driven development (TDD) and CI/CD is a plus

Interest towards leadership and being a responsible engineer for the project delivery.



Education/Specific Knowledge



Bachelor's or Above Degree in any discipline
