Work for a Product team to create and deliver best-in-class data integration solutions for supply chain planning solutions Participate in design discussions, testing requirements with other product owners Build flexible and scalable solutions for sourcing and ingesting structured and unstructured data using Python, Spark etc Work closely with business teams to develop the platforms that will drive the next generation of data science and predictive insights/intelligence. Work directly with solution architects and product owners to ensure newer capabilities are built applying right design principles Lead initiatives to improve scalability , performance and reliability Mentor other engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing Design, develop, and maintain APIs, front-end UIs, and microservices to support robust and scalable applications. Conduct code reviews, promote best practices, and ensure adherence to design principles. Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.

What you bring in:6+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering and large-scale distributed systems Proven expertise in building and maintaining complex ETL/ELT pipelines Deep knowledge of orchestration frameworks (e.g., Airflow), APIs, and workflow optimization Expert-level programming in Python or Spark ; solid understanding of Spark internals Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. GitHub) Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset Deep understanding of software design patterns, data structures, algorithms, and system architecture. Proven ability to deliver software solutions in a fast-paced, multi-team environment. Hands-on experience in analysis, coding, and implementation of complex applications. Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and engage with diverse stakeholders. Experience coaching and mentoring technologists, fostering growth and knowledge-sharing. Good at Performance tuning and Optimization.
