Cloudera is looking for an exceptional and passionate Senior Software Engineer to join our CDP Data Engineering team. CDP Data Engineering team is the only cloud-native service purpose-built for enterprise data engineering teams. Building on Apache Spark, CDP Data Engineering is an all-inclusive data engineering toolset that enables orchestration automation with Apache Airflow, advanced pipeline monitoring, visual troubleshooting, and comprehensive management tools to streamline ETL processes across enterprise analytics teams.
As a Senior Software Engineer you will.Design, Develop, and Maintain Scalable and high-performance Data Engineering platform, using Big Data technologies such as Apache Spark, Hadoop Build strong relationships and collaborate with platform and UI engineers, quality engineers, UX designers, as well as, Product Management, Field Engineering, and other external partners

We are excited if you have:4+ years relevant industry experience designing and developing enterprise software with a strong understanding of scaling and performance Bachelors, Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science or related field Hands-on programmer with strong data structures and algorithms skills. Java or Golang experience desired. Strong experience in Kubernetes and Docker Experience with public cloud infrastructures such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud Platform

Its a Plus if you have:Knowledge on AI/ML Recognized contributions to open source projects
