Location: Chennai, TN, India or Bengaluru, KA, India (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, develop, and maintain complex software applications and integration solutions in accordance with established standards and architectural plans.
• Lead the design and implementation of key system-to-system integrations, ensuring robustness, scalability, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features and functionality.
• Evaluate and integrate third-party APIs and data sources as required, ensuring seamless interoperability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues, maintaining high levels of system performance and availability.
• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing, deployment and support.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to less experienced team members.
• Maintain current knowledge of technology landscape and developments.

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on system integrations.
• Proficient in high-level programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Expertise in building RESTful API integration and development.
• Expertise with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Microsoft Power Platform.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations development
• Knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL) and their integration.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to understand complex systems and diagnose and solve issues.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical colleagues.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
