As Product Support Specialist, you will be a crucial part of our delivery team, ensuring the Eurofins Electronic Notebook product operations in production is adequately supported with quick turnaround time there by reducing the impact on Business due to application related requests, clarifications, and issues, As a technology leader, BPT wants to give you the opportunity not just to accept new challenges and opportunities but to impress with your ingenuity, focus, attention to detail and collaboration with a global team of professionals.This role reports to a Manager.Required Experience and SkillsRequired Experience and SkillsExperience:xc2xb7 4 to 9 years of experience with developing end-to-end web applications using Microsoft stack of technologies.xc2xb7 Strong working knowledge of Web application development using .NET Core (5/6/7), C#, Asp.net Core, MVC, WebAPI, Postman.xc2xb7 Strong Working knowledge of Angular 7 or above, JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery, HTML5 and CSS3.xc2xb7 Good working knowledge of Cosmos DB, Elastic Search, Redis, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Event Driven Architecture, Domain Driven Architecture, Microservices, MSSQL - SQL etc.xc2xb7 Experience with usage of TFSxc2xb7 Familiar UI testing and Unit Testing (MS Test/ Jasmine/ MOQ/ NUnit/ Karma etc.)xc2xb7 Good understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP)xc2xb7 Strong working knowledge of SOLID principles and design patterns that includes Creational, Structural, Behavioralxc2xb7 Strong experience in designing and working with n-tier architecturesxc2xb7 Able to provide technical recommendations and solve technical problemsxc2xb7 Should have working knowledge on Code review that includes, raising code review, resolve comment reviews, Closing code reviews.xc2xb7 Should be aware of best practices in programmingxc2xb7 Should know how to troubleshoot performance-related issues, how to write efficient code and query, how to use SQL profilerxc2xb7 Working knowledge Authentication and Authorization [Plus OAuth2, OpenIDC etc.] (5+)xc2xb7 Should have worked on at least one SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) projectxc2xb7 Should have worked in an AGILE practice methodology (preferably SCRUM)Desirable Experiencexc2xb7 Strong orientation towards Performance tuning and optimization with Microsoft technologiesQualifications- Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
