• We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Frontend Developer specializing in React, Next.js, Storybook, CSS, Bootstrap, JQuery, npm, Javascript and other UI Technologies to join our JLL Technologies team. This role will be responsible for managing and delivering complex technical projects while adhering to Agile/Scrum methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing cross-functional teams.

• This a global role that requires partnering with the product owner, stakeholders, dev team by utilizing in-depth knowledge of Content Management and Website Management.

ResponsibilitiesAs a Frontend Lead developer at JLL Technologies, you will be directly responsible forLead the team in design, implement, document, test, debug and provide ongoing support for an application that meets customer and technical requirements. Participate in design and code reviews and champion new ideas to simplify and optimize application.Responsible for facilitating the scrum process works with Product Manager to ensure proper balance between features and tech debt stories, monitors adherence to scrum practices, keeps team focused on current sprint goals, maintains and reports team performance metrics, escalates any impediment, champions continuous improvement in the scrum team.Responsible for analysis of requirements into their technical solutions. With a background in technology and a high level of business acumen, the Analyst translates epics/user stories into detailed technical requirements/product specifications. In addition, they draw process/data flow diagrams, map data fields, validate test cases for integration and regression testing engage in QA/UAT processes. Analysts directly partner with the Product Manager to elaborate user stories.Responsible for designing solutions to requirements in accordance with the enterprise standards, communicate designs, challenges, risks effectively, analyse alternatives to mitigate risks, select technology stack, develop prototype, and finally coordinate with Enterprise Architects for a two-way sharing of ideas and designs. \xe2\x80\x8b

• Work with product technical leads to design new products or enhancements. Take part in system development including analysis, coding, and testing.
• Works with AEM dev team to review the process, impact, testing.
• Works with UX team for requirements
• Works with UI team on the changes and study impact and comfortable with design tools like figma
• Performs design and code reviews.
• Act as the person everyone turns to resolve tough technical problems.
• Help to evaluate from the technical perspective and implement 3rd party solutions in JLL environment.
• Work closely with other teams/vendors to connect front-end components with the other (often third party) web and data services and support the back-end developers by integrating their work with the application.
• Mentors junior members on proper standards/techniques to improve their accuracy and efficiency.
• Performs the unit testing, system integration testing and assist with user acceptance testing.
• Articulates business requirements in sufficient detail such that a technical solution can be design and engineered.
• Develops technical understanding of how the data flows from various source systems and source types to application database.
• Set up/Review the requirements intake, turnaround time and other optimizations.
• Consults with the business to develop documentation and communication materials to ensure accurate usage and interpretation of JLL business requirements.

• 8 to 12 years IT experience
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s is degree in Information Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a quantitative discipline in science, business, or social science. Advance degree preferred.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and self-disciplined individual capable of planning and executing multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional debugging and problem-solving skills and strong experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams and manage stakeholders globally across multiple project initiatives.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing.
• Excellent technical, analytical, project management and organizational skills.
• Have worked on multiple projects concentrating on different Front-end technologies.
• Good range of hands-on technical experience with multiple project implementations
• Knowledge of other Adobe Cloud solutions \xe2\x80\x93 AEM, Launch, Analytics will be a plus.

Experience & Education

• 8 to 12 years IT experience
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s is degree in Information Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a quantitative discipline in science, business, or social science. Advance degree preferred.

Preferable:

• Experience in real estate or leasing domain.
• Familiarity with Development of Web Content Management systems
• Experience with Tools and Best Practices for Secure Application Development such as Azure DevOps, git
