The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of C# programming language, Unity game engine or .NET framework, and strong leadership and communication skills. Manage the software development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, and maintenance. Review and approve code changes and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines. Identify and address technical issues and risks in a timely manner to ensure project timelines are met. Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. At least 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on C# Unity or C#.net. At least 1+ years of experience in managing a team of developers. Strong knowledge of C# programming language, Unity game engine or .NET framework, and related development tools. Experience with agile methodologies, software development lifecycle, and project management tools. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
