Key Functions and Responsibilities

As a software engineer in Customer Consulting Group, the individual will be responsible for developing and supporting delivery of varied initiatives that address customers\xe2\x80\x99 concerns or pain points. The successful candidate will be required to provide technical expertise, ownership, and responsibilities in end-to-end project delivery.

Role Responsibilities:

• Work closely with other consultants to provide innovative solutions to challenging business problems.
• Build trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Design, code, debug, test and perform code reviews on the assigned tasks/projects.
• Communicate complex / technical information clearly and concisely in an audience appropriate format.
• Take a proactive approach to invest time in learning and development of technology products for self and the team.

Minimum Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in software development methodologies and agile based delivery.
• Extensive knowledge of one of the popular JavaScript Frameworks such as Angular, React, Vue.js, etc.
• Experience in backend development with either Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Solid technical background with understanding of programming styles, frameworks, and design patterns.
• Strong understanding of Relational Databases such as Postgres, MySQL, or SQL Server.
• Familiar with RESTful API and microservice architecture.
• Experience in CI/CD, unit testing frameworks, automation (testing/deployment).
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice to have:

• Working experience with NoSQL databases.
• 1-3+ years of hands-on experience in building secured, scalable, and high availability cloud solutions on either Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
