Summary Senior Software Engineering: Covers jobs responsible for the facilitating Agile Release Train ( ART ) events and processes and supports team in delivering value. The engineer is responsible to communicate with the stakeholders, escalate impediments, help manage risk with the product owners, scrum masters and technology managers. About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer... In this role, you will: Coordinates and facilities ART ceremonies. Work with the PO, technology managers to establish and communicate the release calendar. Promotes and enforces devops principles for the platform. Own the release cuts and git branching and work with the dev teams resolve conflicts. Build CICD pipelines and work with infra team for minor fixes for releases. Onboarding new applications, repositories and CICD pipelines. Liaison for release team TPM, release manager Work with performance teams for tuning. Required Skills: 5+ years of devops experience. Expert knowledge on GIT, branching strategy etc. Hands on Jenkins or any CICD tools. Using release tools to manage the release cycle. Having java knowledge is a huge plus. Good communication skills to collaborate with US partners and multiple scrum teams and other partners.
