Role : Sr. Software Engineer [ Windows Driver Developer ]

Location : Bangalore, Global Village SEZ

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Developer for Windows Driver development.

Technical Skills:

\xef\x82\xb7 4+ years of relevant development experience

\xef\x82\xb7 Hands on development experience in C, C++

\xef\x82\xb7 Windows driver development experience using UMDF/KMDF

\xef\x82\xb7 Good Troubleshooting / Debugging Skills using the MSFT tools ( WINDBG /KD/CDB/NTSD), TraceView,

\xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge of windows internals and concepts

\xef\x82\xb7 Able to work with Agile methodologies

\xef\x82\xb7 Good communication skills .

\xef\x82\xb7 Should be highly self-motivated and a strong team player

Roles and Responsibilities:

\xef\x82\xb7 Implementation of enhancements in the products which includes UI development & enhancements to the product.

\xef\x82\xb7 Participate in the core team meetings and provide inputs on the product enhancements / defects / any outstanding technical issues.

\xef\x82\xb7 Write code per functional requirement, design and architecture

\xef\x82\xb7 Migration of code to new IDE \xe2\x80\x93 Visual studio (Integrated development environments)

\xef\x82\xb7 Analysis and fix the incidents/defects

\xef\x82\xb7 Porting/migration of products to new Operating Systems (e.g. Windows 10)

\xef\x82\xb7 Support products on current Windows OS 7, 10

\xef\x82\xb7 Localization support in the products (excluding string translations)

\xef\x82\xb7 Product Security(Includes guidelines as mutually agreed by HP- Mphasis that needs to be followed during enhancements/New Features design and Fixing identified & prioritized issues )

\xef\x82\xb7 Sign and release of products

\xef\x82\xb7 Unit testing by each developer for the source code added/modified

Process Skills:

\xef\x82\xb7 Agile \xe2\x80\x93 Scrum/Scrumban and Test Driven Development

Behavioral Skills :

\xef\x82\xb7 Result oriented team player

\xef\x82\xb7 Good in communication

\xef\x82\xb7 Interpersonal skills

Qualification:

\xef\x82\xb7 Bachelor of Engineering (Computer background preferred)
