About The Team
The Lowe\xe2\x80\x99s One Roof Media Network Technology team delivers low letency ad-tech solution to our LORMN client partners. The team delivers high quality and uses cutting edge technology.

About The Role
We are looking for a Software Engineer to join the LORMN team here at Lowes Bengaluru with at least 5+ years of relevant experience. Our backend engineers contribute to their team\xe2\x80\x99s success by building and extending secure, scalable services and exposing clear, well-tested APIs that enable our Retail Media Business teams to build customized touchpoints to engage our users. In addition to contributing to valuable new features, software engineers pay down tech debt, spike on novel solutions, and share responsibility for healthy live site operation.

Job Summary

Every sprint, you\xe2\x80\x99ll build, test and deploy complete, meaningful features
Every month, you\xe2\x80\x99ll level up a couple skills on the professional development plan you and your manager detailed together
Software Engineer you will apply your deep software engineering skills to help develop complex enterprise applications. You will collaborate with technical and product leadership across the enterprise to help recommend, build and manage the solution stack for your products. You will influence the technology and tooling selection, solution design and architectural direction. You will help establish best practices, coding standards and will enforce design patterns to build sustainable products. You will learn different technologies, acquire skills and apply your knowledge to build exciting products that delight our customers and associates.

Education: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree or equivalent experience

Must Have Skills
5+ years of software engineering experience with backend/platform preference
Java , Springboot, Microservices Expertise.
Experience with breaking up a monolithic application/services into microservices
Delivery: Ability to break big projects into small, testable pieces to consistently hit business-meaningful milestones
Problem Solving: Business intuition that informs right-sized solutions, thoughtful trade offs, and game-changing innovation
Communication: Clear, inclusive communication with both teammates and non-technical partners
Leadership: A track record of strong ownership, initiative, tenacity, integrity
