Job Description

- Resource should be available in Hybrid-EST Shift (2:30 pm to 11:30 pm IST)


Hands on experience with Xpertdoc Documentum tool

1. Solid knowledge in C# & .NET framework, Database(MS SQL, Oracle sql)

2. Good at C# code writing, debugging and troubleshooting the program.

3. Should be able to go through existing code, understand the end to end flow for functional and technical aspects and able to document the same.

4. Hands on experience in solving the production issues on the go, should be able to debug, run tests and provide the solution on priority basis.

5. Should be able to handle/verify day to day production batch job , fix the problem and redeploy the objects.

6. Understanding of XpertDoc workflow, XpertDoc designer, IIS server and ability to troubleshoot the code issue.

7. Willing to learn supporting technologies for the project (at least to support level)

8. Support production application - investigate and resolve production issues.

9. Communicate status to team lead / project oversight.

10. Knowledge in XpertDoc smart flows and sugar CRM is added advantage.

11. Knowledge of Visual basic & Macros.
