As a Senior Software Engineer on the CDH product team, you will play a key role in designing, implementing and validating new features using Pega Infinity. You'll bring strong technical acumen and domain expertise to the table, while also engaging with customers to resolve issues empathetically and effectively. Your contributions will directly impact on the quality and performance of our application, helping maintain a high application quality score. At Pega, you'll work with cutting-edge technologies to solve complex, meaningful problems.

What You'll Do at Pega:

Collaborate with a passionate, talented, and fun-loving team to deliver high-quality features with efficiency. Contribute to the end-to-end design and development and testing of technical and functional requirements for CDH features. Take ownership of development activities, adhering to best practices and delivering on commitments without schedule variance. Go beyond documented requirements to understand and address customer needs. Identify enhancements to Pega Infinity and develop use cases to support prioritization. Stay on track with assigned tasks and provide regular updates on progress and blockers. Actively participate in Agile/Scrum processes, offering continuous feedback and driving process improvements. Innovate by proposing and implementing solutions to development challenges.

You are a highly motivated and experienced software engineer with a passion for building scalable enterprise solutions. You possess a strong technical foundation and a customer-centric mindset, enabling you to deliver impactful results while maintaining high standards of quality and integrity. You thrive in collaborative environments, embrace challenges, and continuously seek opportunities to learn and grow. Your ability to communicate effectively, adapt to evolving requirements, and mentor peers makes you a valuable asset to any team.

What You've Accomplished:

Bachelor's or master's in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. 4-6 years of hands-on experience in analysis, design, development, testing and deployment of Pega applications. Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) with expertise in Case Management, Integration, Background Processing, Integrations, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Activities, Data Transforms, Data Pages and other Pega Infinity Rules. Experience in Automation tools like Selenium/Cucumber/Playwright Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems, propose effective solutions, and drive results. Proven track record of working in Agile/Scrum environments and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and engage with stakeholders.
